House rules

Below are a number of rules that we expect you to follow when attending events at Centralen and UKH. Violation of the rules may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue, without the right to a refund of your ticket.

• You must be able to take care of yourself and show consideration for others.

• You must not disrupt the experience for either the performing artists or the audience.

• You must not be under the influence of drugs.

• You must not smoke indoors (including e-cigarettes).

• You must not consume alcohol if you are under 18 years of age.

• You must not take pictures or film with flash. You may generally take pictures or film for personal use, but some performers specifically request no documentation of their performance.

• You must not take pictures, film, or make audio recordings with professional equipment unless you have prior approval from the venue management.

• You must not bring drinks or food to Centralen.

• Bottles are not allowed to be taken when leaving the venue, but we can pour your drinks into a plastic cup.

• You must not bring banners, flags, etc.

• Band members and individuals associated with gangs are not welcome.

• Individuals carrying back patches or other references to gang environments are not welcome.
